It is the issue few candidates were willing to discuss publicly before the election. Even in victory, the word “immigrationâ€

Oh, I see some very MAJOR flaws in their battle strategy.

They have unveiled it, we see it, and can now plan accordingly.

Notice how they're trying to spin that mass amnesty is actually good for the economy and the 10 million Americans out of work. What gall.

Even in a recession, there are still millions of jobs that only undocumented workers are willing to do.

Why aren't we asking how those jobs can be improved through technology, reorganization, entrepreneurship and plain old Yankee ingenuity? There were a lot of jobs that Americans used to have to do--until replaced by labor saving devices. Certain unions, of course, howled---but the nation progressed. In recent years, a lot of bank tellers lost employment with the introduction of ATM machines, and I don't think anyone whined about a national crisis. There are thousands of other examples.

Just the latest demographic trend of more people moving into condos, townhouses and other high density living arrangements should be reducing the need for lawn care and landscaping. Let's get America off the junk food, from drive-ins, too.

But without legalizing those who are now in the country illegally, the only winner is the bad employer who exploits workers. Improving the economy, health care and education helps all workers, the advocates maintain.

Oh really? There are no jobs for them now, how will making them legal create jobs where there are none? Making them legal will just add millions more to the welfare rolls.
