Sandstrom, Robles hope to agree on immigration

Rep. Stephen Sandstrom and Sen. Luz Robles said they continue to be open to merging their immigration bills before the legislative session despite being far apart on several provisions in each proposal.

The two lawmakers met as recently as last week to discuss working through the disparities — though neither has scheduled any upcoming meetings.

Don't deal with the devil Sandstrom, she is not interested in anything short of amnesty and you know it. You have the majority of support on your side right now. DON"T SELL OUT. Issuing permits to break the law is so stupid it is beyond belief. We have momentum on our side, let's send them home. No deals.
