A lawyer friend tells us that it is possible that the Dept .

Of Justice is tampering with U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton. He said a judge friend of his believes that the government may be warning Bolton that violence may ensue if an injunction is not issued.

The problem would be that Bolton might well make a decision to issue an injunction based on facts "not before the court."

They are trying to force themselves on us via threats of violence.

They threaten violence because Arizona is enforcing their laws which are the federal laws of the land..hmmmm gee do ya think that will work for them???? They are being laughed at now for the ignoramuses they are, can you imagine what will happen if they do that????

If someone DID Tamper in this case by speaking with the Judge there needs to be a thorough investigation and even charges brought against them if its true...

No one should be talking to the judge about the case(s) and she shouldn't be talking either. If that's going on, then a judicial review is in order and she needs to be removed from the case.

Violence on whose part? If the illegals become violent because of the law, it's just more reason the law should be upheld, to protect the citizens of AZ against illegal alien violence.

violence is something i have been cognizant of ... there could be an insurgency if we attempt to force them out ...

but for now i doubt they would become violent if forced out of ONE state ...

From what I have read about Bolton she is not someone who can be intimadated nor threatend to effect the outcome of a case brought before her.

Gov. Brewer will not be intimidated either and I am sure there are plans already in place in case rioting breaks out.Sheriff Joe has already made space available in tent city which I am sure he would put arrested rioters.
