Is AZ's immigration law luring families to NM?

You may soon see more cars with Arizona license plates at Albuquerque’s Mexican consulate. Eyewitness News 4 has learned families could be coming this way to get away from Arizona’s controversial immigration law which goes into effect on Thursday.

Immigration advocates say fears of discrimination is sending immigrants into New Mexico and their children into our schools.

La Familiar Restaurant sits right across 4th Street from the Mexican consulate. The restaurant’s owner, Luz Molinar, says she has been seeing an increase of Arizona license plates passing through and stopping at the consulate.

The only Hispanics, or any other racial group, that I know of here who are afraid of "Racial Profiling" are the ones who are here ILLEGALLY! What's so difficult about the word ILLEGAL!

I give New Mexico 6 mths tops before they enact AZ's immigration law.

When locals start losing jobs to IA's they will be singing a new tune.

I am sure King Richardson would love to have them . He called them "HIS PEOPLE" during the Presidential Campaigns.

It is just astounding, how this country can have one whole department , in the federal government, of people working in it and nothing is done about the illegal aliens in this country and their ever moving from town to town and city to city and no one knows anything about these people,where they are from or who they actually are or possibly have done in their own country as far as crimes.

And that department ,my friends is HOMELAND SECURITY! Who the hell came up with a name like that ,where nothing is done in the field of securing our countries border?

Many of these illegals may not blow things up, but fraudulent papers and drivers license and visas and identity theft still hurts in many ways. And they are ALL CRIMES!

The illegals will go anywhere there are LaRaza based politicians
