    I have written a number of previous commentaries about U.S. Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean and for good reason; in my opinion, they were maliciously prosecuted. Apparently, some members of Congress agree.

    There are both Democrat and Republican members of the House of Representatives who have publicly called for the issuance of a Presidential pardon in this case that Congressman Delahunt, the chairman of the Subcommittee on International Organizations, Human Rights and Oversight, refers to as a “miscarriage of justice.â€

    These two men are of hispanic descent, why isn't La Raza, LULAC, etc fighting for them?
