When Keizer police conducted a drug sting Thursday night, everything worked fine. A suspect was arrested about 11:15 p.m. for allegedly selling a half-ounce of methamphetamine to officials with the Community Response Unit.

The suspect said he was Juan Luis Galloso-Oropeza. Then again, maybe he was Rolando Gayosso-Breton.

A computer check showed he had several aliases, Sgt. Jeffery Isham said.

Police took the man to Marion County Jail for a computer fingerprinting check to try to determine his true identity.

By Friday afternoon, jail officials matched his prints to a name under which he was first arrested in Oregon in 1995 -- Moises Saladn-Fernandez, age 34, Capt. Jeff Kuhns said.

Saladn-Fernandez has been arrested four times since that 1995 arrest, and gave police three different names, Kuhns said.

Officers who searched the suspect Friday found more than $1,600 in cash on him.

The suspect will be reported to immigration officials as a possible illegal immigrant.

The charges against the man are delivery and possession of a controlled substance, with bail set at $510,000.
