    Man Charged After Series Of Armed Road Rage Incidents

    RALEIGH, N.C. -- A man is behind bars after a string of road rage incidents Thursday night in North Raleigh.

    Joel Ortiz, 24, faces numerous charges after police say he was involved in an accident on Wake Forest Road.

    Then, after an altercation with the other motorist at that wreck, he fired his gun, police said.

    Police say he also caused a car to crash off Millbrook Road and again fired a shot.

    The final incident was at Millbrook and Falls of Neuse where Ortiz was involved in another wreck, police said.

    Ortiz is the same man involved in a parking lot shooting at a McDonalds on Capital Boulevard in April, police said.
