Bush's New Deal Could Complicate U.S.-Mexico Ties

Bush's New Deal Could Complicate U.S.-Mexico Ties

    October 12, 2006 10:30 a.m. EST

Nidhi Sharma - All Headline News Staff Writer

Mexico City (AHN) - Mexican President-elect Felipe Calderon believes that a new U.S.-Mexico border fence deal that aims to keep illegal immigrants out of the United States will "enormously complicate" relations between the two neighbors.

In a move against illegal immigration, President Bush has inked a new deal last week that aims at constructing hundreds of miles of new fences along the border.

The Republicans plan to settle the issue of illegal immigration before the November elections. It has been one of the more polarizing issues dominating the congressional elections.

Reuters reports that Calderon, who assumes power from President Vicente Fox's on December 1 said, "It is going to be a very difficult relationship. This fence they are leaving me is going to enormously complicate relations with the United States."

    He did?

    I thought he didn't.

    Or did he?

    It's all so confusing.
It's like hell vomited and the Bush administration appeared.

I'm really sick of hearing Mexico complain about this.
How about you start sending us millions to help pay for the social drains your illegals are creating for the American people Senor Calderon!

I for one don't care if this wall upsets you or not Senor, GET OVER IT. This is our country, and we want it back. Fix your own damn country and take all your workers back!

If this is a threat, I want to see the pictures.

If what Calderon says is true, sounds like the fence could serve in more functions than originally thought . Not only will it complicate the relationship between the two countries, it will also complicate the life of illegals, drug trafficers, and smugglers. Hey, complicating the relationship between the two countries almost makes the fence worth the cost and effort alone.

Get that darn fence built so we can start enjoying some of these perks immediately, especially the complicated relationship!
