Arpaio: ACORN using federal money in immigration fight

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is subpoenaing records from the ACORN community activist group saying is could be using government funds meant for housing and social services to wage a campaign against his immigration enforcement.

The sheriff’s office seeking information regarding the group’s involvement with Arpaio critics on Melendres v. Arpaio, a case brought by a Mexican national claiming he was unfairly treated and the victim of racial profiling by deputies.

He's probably absolutely correct in his suspicions!!

Even if ACORN isn't directly involved, they are indirectly involved because of the 300+ organizations hiding under one hell of a big ACORN umbrella.

And if they dig deep enough, they will no doubt find Elias Bermudez and MC Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox with their filthy hands in the ACORN cookie jar as well. And judging from the actions and conduct of some of her Board of Supervisors colleagues, it does not take much imagination to see that someone is "spreading the wealth" using ACORN funds.

With Wilcox already under the investigative microscope for corrupt activities I hope they finally find enough on that hag to see her in prison for one hell of a good long time.

Thank God for patriots like Sheriff Joe!
