28 people found inside a drop house in Phoenix

TOLLESON, Ariz. - Another drop house with deplorable living conditions inside has been found in west Phoenix.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety says 28 people were found inside the house Friday including 27 men.

Authorities were led to the house after a smuggler contacted family members demanding money and the family then called Tolleson police.

DPS says authorities identified one of the men as a human smuggler.

Inside the house, the windows were boarded up to keep people from escaping.
