PD: Illegal Immigrant Arrested for DUI

MESA, Ariz. - Police arrested a man for drunk driving -- and his 6-year-old daughter was in the back seat of the car.

This happened following a traffic stop near 8th Street and Country Club Drive.

Authorities say 31-year-old Francisco Fernandez had a blood alcohol level of 0.17, more than twice the legal limit.

Officers said Fernandez's eyes were blood shot, his speech was slurred and smelled of alcohol.

Not only that, but police say he's an illegal immigrant with a fake ID -- which was used to gain employment.

He also had four warrants out for his arrest.
