In a matter of days the Bush administration is going to illegally open our highways to unsafe Mexican trucks.

And though the Department of Transportation says it will inspect every truck, the fact of the matter is it can’t. Sure, they are starting the so-called pilot program with 151 cherry-picked trucks and even the DOT can manage to conduct that few inspections. But in a year when the Bush administration calls the so-called pilot program a “successâ€

Good points. We should also call, fax & write Congress on this to tell them to do what they can to stop it.

Before the passage of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), our nation ran a trade surplus with Mexico. Now, the U.S. runs a $64 billion annual trade deficit with Mexico. This program will only expand that deficit.

“And what do we have to blame for this? — NAFTA. Everyone should know that the reason we’re here today is because in 2001 Mexico sued the U.S. in a World Trade Organization tribunal created by NAFTA. That tribunal ruled in Mexico’s favor saying that under NAFTA, the United States could not prevent Mexican trucks from entering America.

This is pretty piss poor--isn't there a country where we don't have a trade deficit?? Not to mention the fact that we have this WTO tribunal dictating to us what our laws are or aren't supposed to enforce--to hell with that crap!! This is simply NAU all the way. Bush, you're a traitor for even listening to these tribunals. Your WTO-NAU agenda will loose in the end and you will go down in history not only a traitor, but as the biggest loooser to have ever walked the planet. You're not fit to be President. You represent nothing more than corruption, deception, LIES, and the death of freedom. You sir, are PATHETIC!!

Let me give you an example: Do you allow your White House Press Corps into your secret and disgusting SPP meetings? That's what I thought. How in the hell can you sleep at night? You may think you don't have to answer to the American people, but you WILL suffer your maker.

If even one single hair is harmed on any one citizen in this country due to a Mexican truck mishap, WE ALL SHOULD HOLD PRESIDENT BUSH ACCOUNTABLE...AND BE DAMN LOUD ABOUT IT RIGHT AWAY!!

President Bush does not care if he has blood on his hands. He has thousands of citizens blood on his hands. It is of no concern. We have have to know that this man only has his self interests at heart. We just have to stop this that is all. Just stop it from happening. We need to join with the teamsters to stop these trucks from moving.
