    Marijuana Found Hidden in Load of Steel
    U.S. Customs and Border Protection Border Patrol agents confiscated more than 1,200 pounds of marijuana over the weekend.

    The narcotics were found hidden in a wooden crate on board a flat bed tractor-trailer.

    Agents says the driver entered the Falfurrias checkpoint early Saturday morning. A canine unit alerted agents there might be drugs on the truck.

    78 bundles of marijuana were found hidden in two wooden crates. The drug is worth $964,000.

    The driver, a resident alien was arrested. The marijuana, suspect and truck were taken to the DEA office in Corpus Christ
