Why Biden’s Decision To Scrap Title 42 Will Pave Way For Masses of Violent Criminals
Why Biden’s Decision To Scrap Title 42 Will Pave Way For Masses of Violent Criminals to Cross Our Borders
Apr 3, 2022
As violent crime continues to surge and millions of illegal immigrants continue to enter the country, Biden Admin decides to let them stay
Violent Crime, especially in cities around the border and the west coast–where many illegal immigrants end up–continues to rise. Millions of illegals have crossed the border in the last two years. And yet, Biden thinks the answer is to scrap Title 42 and allow them easier access to our country.
On the topic, White House Director of Communications Kate Bedingfield had this to say:
From the New York Post:“Title 42 is a public health directive, it is not an immigration or migration enforcement measure.
“We have every expectation that when the CDC ultimately decides it’s appropriate to lift Title 42, there will be an influx of people to the border,” Bedingfield added. “And so we are doing a lot of work to plan for that contingency.”
Despite stating that it is not an immigration enforcement measure, she fully acknowledges that in lifting it there will be more and more migrants trying to enter illegally, and without a great tool to throw them back out they will likely stay.
Lifting Title 42 would restore border officials’ obligations to take in asylum-seekers until their claims can be adjudicated.
A Trump Admin policy from the onset of COVID-19, Title 42 has been used to expel over 1.7 million illegals. Allowing phony asylum-seekers to stay is not a good idea when our border is already inundated with crime.
Below, you can watch ABC’s Jonathan Karl talk about the border problem–which is already even greater this year than it was in all of last year–and our rampant violent crime problem thanks to woke Democrat policies.

Violent crime is already up dramatically this year from 2020 and 2021, as is illegal immigration. How is this the answer, Biden?

What is section 212 F of the Immigration and Nationality Act?
The first part of Section 212 (f) codifies the President of the United States' broad authority to suspend the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens if the President determines that such entry would be detrimental to the interests of the United States by presidential proclamation
ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE "BROKEN" OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM
DO NOT REWARD THEM - DEPORT THEM ALL
