Azurist Arrioja-Larazo - mug shot 10/3/09 - Warrant: Man passed out in car with kid in backseat

    Posted: Today at 6:12 a.m.

Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police arrested a 21-year-old Garner man Saturday who they say put his child in danger.

Officers found Azurist Arrioja-Larazo, of 1422 Pine View Drive, passed out in his car in a parking lot, according to an arrest warrant. His child was in the backseat.

Arrioja-Larazo was being held in the Wake County Jail. His first court appearance was set for Monday afternoon.

Jail officials said the U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agency had issued a detainer for Arrioja-Larazo, citing him for being in the country illegally. He will be deported after his criminal case is completed.

This was actually in the newspaper, totally remarkable! It should be law that media and police have to print legal status of immigrants. Make it public knowledge to everyone.
