Bad News For Hillary Tonight?... Could Be :)

If the Independents caucus with the Dems tonight as the Register is reporting it could be a very long troublesome night for Hillary. Could this be the reason her campaign is now downplaying a victory in Iowa? :P

Shocking if true since he’s always been touted as a potential veep for Hillary. “Directing one’s supportersâ€

What I find so funny is that the Democrats are banking on the Independents. Guess what! Most of us would be considered Independents and we are not rushing to the Democrats.

So it looks like the Independents are voting in the Republican Caucus tonight!

I don't know Dixie, from what little I understand the Iowa and NH Independents are a mix bag more like a Joe Lieberman Independent.

AmericanMe - I think they run the gamut; it just sort of depends on various factors like - which region of the country, demographic, past party affiliation, etc.

There are people leaving the Reps based solely on Boosh and the entire Iraq situation, there are Dems dropping out based on adherence to status quo, lack of a quality Prez candidate, frustration with Congress performance, etc. Registered Independent and non affiliated Reps and Dems have been growing over the last 10 years or so quite steadily. ...And then we could talk about the growth of the other parties too: Libertarians, Constitutionalists, Green Party, Natural Law, Socialists, etc.

The country is hungry for a non-status quo person of integrity that can 'do the job'.
