Dallas lawyer Domingo GarcÃ*a said he and others are considering suing the city for racial profiling. He said they will find out if the law that prohibits job searching in the streets targets Hispanics.
"That law is unconstitutional," Mr. GarcÃ*a said.
He added that he is trying to forge an agreement with the city of Lewisville similar to one with Garland and Denton, where there are laborer centers that allow workers to meet with potential employers.

What an ass The law is unconstitutional how? Show me one thing in our Constitution that grants any of us an inalienable right to throw ourselves into the path of oncoming traffic posing a threat to public safety at large?
I just love how these legal brain children throw out these kind of statements as if they are fact and that's the final word on the subject.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
