    If DHS ever got it's "no-match" letters out to employers there would be the start of a major exodus from this country. Apart from any new act, such as the SAVE Act, this is probably the best tool immigration enforcement has. Is it still stalled by court order---it is no small wonder that OBL groups fought exceptionally hard on halting this.
