These numbers are from 2005; it is much worse now; I don't expect we will know how bad it really is until well after the 2010 census.

Household Incomes 2005 (latest figures available)
    $0 to $25,000 (28.22%)
    $25,000 to $50,000 (26.65%)
    National Median $44,389
    $50,000 to $75,000 (18.27%)
    $75,000 to $100,000 (10.93%)
    $100,000 to $149,999 11,194 9.89%
    $150,000 to $199,999 3,595 3.17%
    $200,000 to $249,999 1,325 1.17%
    $250,000 and above 1,699 1.50%

To think that fully 55% of HOUSEHOLDS have incomes of $50,000, or less, is apalling. The tax burden of our country is falling more, and more, on fewer, and fewer.

Immigrants, both, legal, and illegal, are a major contributor to our poor, and impoverished, class of people.

We need to stop illegal immigration, chain migration, and greatly restrict legal immigration, to prevent this problem from continuing to grow.

As we import millions of poor into our country to become the new majority-minority—we cheat our children and our civilization out of any chance for a viable, stable or sustainable future—for all races, creeds and colors.

One lady I interviewed said, “We’ll be no different than the misery, suffering and human nightmare that now makes up India. We are becoming another India. I feel sorry for my grandchildren
All the more reason to fight on while there is still a chance to save this country!!!! We are making a difference, if we keep it going strong we can still turn this around!

    Linda Chavez,

conservative commentator, withdrew her name as President Bush's nominee for secretary of labor in January, after it was revealed that she had sheltered and provided financial assistance to an illegal immigrant in the early 1990s. She was replaced by Elaine Chao, a distinguished fellow at the Heritage Foundation, who won easy confirmation.

Linda Chavez wrote an article the other day basically saying...nothing to worry about - Mexicans are assimilating and intermarriage is common! She went into detail about how you can't tell anyone's ethnic background anymore...we are all 'melting' together!

Wrong! I don't know of ANY American young girl or woman who finds anything attractive about the millions of Mexican and Central American IA's who are flooding this country! I don't see American teenage girls rushing out to Home Depot and swooning over the day laborers loiitering in the parking lot! I don't see American girls lining up at the ER rooms to give birth at age 16 to the child of an IA who just waded across the Rio Grande! I don't see my granddaughter or her friends going to their senior proms with the latest arrivals from Tijuana or Salvador! I don't see American girls rushing out to take a Berlitz crash course in Spanish so that they can whisper sweet nothings into the ear of a day laborer at HD!

I don't see all of these mixed marriages that Ms. Chavez is referring to...but I DO see the third world conditions that have been created by 30M illegal, illiterate, poverty stricken, uneducated third worlders! How does Ms. Chavez think these wonderful additions to our society are going to 'melt' into our 'pot'??? There aren't enough of US left to support THEM!
