Daylight-saving time: Daylight-saving time began this morning in Mexico, putting Tijuana back on the same time as San Diego.
Bus tickets for deportees: The government said Mexicans deported to Tijuana will get free bus tickets to their hometowns.
Peso strengthens: The peso hit a two-year high and finished last week at 10.568 to the dollar.
Cement nationalization: Mexico condemned Venezuela's planned nationalization of the cement industry, which will affect Cemex, a major Mexican company.
