Angry Illegals Riot in Arizona
Reverend Al Sharpton has set his sights on Arizona's new immigration enforcement law, a law supported by 70 percent of the state's residents including the membership of the Arizona Sheriffs Association.
Reporter: From examiner.com
Arizona, now home to about a half-million illegal aliens, was invaded by Rev. Al Sharpton and his followers, who decided to play racial politics with the public safety of American citizens. The man to whom reporters rush for soundbites was there to protest the state's news law to fight illegal immigration.
Sharpton, who commands the attention of so many members of the mainstream news media, is notorious for whipping up fury and then disappearing when destruction -- even death -- occurs. Short memories appears to be a prerequisite for being a news reporter or else these denizens of America's newsrooms are intentionally ignoring Rev. Al's modus operandi.
For example, in Brooklyn, New York, Sharpton started a protest against Korean store owners. The store owners were being singled out by Sharpton and his goons because their businesses were located in a predominately black neighborhood. For weeks protesters marched and yelled epithets against the Korean families. The protest became so heated that a grocery store owner was beaten to death.

Remember, it's the tea parties that are violent racist events, according to the main stream media. They ignore the violence at the border and the tendencies of illegal protesters to attack police and bystanders.

sharpton is an attention whore, and should have done 20 years for drug dealing long ago. he wriggled out of that somehow. notice how jesse j steers clear of this thing, no good can come of it for the black caucus. makes no sense to me, illegal aliens impact the african americans enormously. in sharptons beady little mind, if he champions these illegals, he will profit. all about money for him.

Re: The Federal Communications Commission
The Enforcement Bureau is the primary organizational unit within the Federal Communications Commission that is responsible for enforcement of provisions of the Communications Act, the Commission's rules, Commission orders and terms and conditions of station authorizations. Major areas of enforcement that are handled by the Enforcement Bureau are: (1) consumer protection enforcement; (2) local competition enforcement; and (3) public safety/homeland security enforcement.

[list]"Broadcast Journalism
Introduction. As noted above, in light of the fundamental importance of the free flow of information to our democracy, the First Amendment and the Communications Act bar the FCC from telling station licensees how to select material for news programs, or prohibiting the broadcast of an opinion on any subject. We also do not review anyone’s qualifications to gather, edit, announce, or comment on the news; these decisions are the station licensee’s responsibility. Nevertheless, there are two issues related to broadcast journalism that are subject to Commission regulation: hoaxes and news distortion.
Hoaxes.
The broadcast by a station of false information concerning a crime or catastrophe violates the FCC's rules if: the station licensee knew that the information was false,
broadcasting the false information directly causes substantial public harm, and
it was foreseeable that broadcasting the false information would cause such harm.
In this context, a “crimeâ€
