Pot plants seized near Lake Sonoma

Sheriff’s narcotic officers on Monday raided a large-scale marijuana-growing operation in a remote area near Lake Sonoma, arresting three people and taking 3,500 pot plants.
The operation was 15 miles west of Lake Sonoma, where the hills had been terraced, hot houses constructed, a spring tapped for water, traps set to catch small animals and three tents set up, said sheriff’s Sgt. Kevin Young.

And you have to wonder why idiot eco-terrorists are silent on this? Drug farms ruin lands, dam up, divert and pollute water water supplies affecting fish and wildlife. They have destroyed thousands of acres in our national parks by digging trails on fragile land, killing rare plants and leaving trash and human waste carrying disease and killing wildlife along with leaving tons of trash along the border. Where are you Sierra Club and other hypocrtical eco-terrorist hockey pucks?
There is no freedom without the law. Remember our veterans whose sacrifices allow us to live in freedom.

That area has been full of "hippies" since the sixties. Pot growing up there is a staple! I'm not surprised at all.
