A traffic stop in City Heights leads San Diego police to a load house for suspected illegal immigrants.

Officers discovered the load house in the 4100 block of 48th Street Friday afternoon. They were chasing a driver who didn't yield to a pedestrian and that driver ran into the house.

Seven men and a woman were arrested. They're now in the custody of the Border Patrol.
