Atlanta businessman Herman Cain returns to Iowa Monday following a staff hiccup to open his state headquarters and speak with Scott County Republican Women, but he’ll be doing so under the glare of the Republican Hispanic community.

Somos Republicans, the nation’s largest Hispanic GOP watchdog group with an Iowa affiliate, has taken exception to statements made by Cain that the way to solve the nation’s concerns with illegal immigration is to build a moat filled with alligators and an electrified “Great Wall of China.â€
