What a discrace of a story by AP

AP put the following story out today. They failed to tell us who the 6 illegal aliens were who carried out this execution style slaying of innocent college students they didn't know while they were just socializing in a schoolyard. The killers were from Central America and in the US illegally. One was found months later in an entirely different area in a flop house on the East Coast. AP should know that the average American only gets news as they provide it and when they put out stories like this, totally lacking in information, nobody will realize that one this involved illegal aliens and two that this was the case of the innocent executed college kids since it doesn't identify the victims either. The victims were all promising black students who were attending college.

6 indicted in Newark schoolyard killings

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) -- Prosecutors say a grand jury has indicted six men accused in the execution-style killings of three college students in a Newark schoolyard last year.

The men, who were being held for their alleged roles in the slayings, were indicted Monday, more than a year after the Aug. 4, 2007 attacks on three friends hanging out behind the Mount Vernon School.

Three were killed, one woman survived.

Prosecutors did not release details on the charges, pending an afternoon news conference.

Suspect Pleads Not Guilty in New Jersey Students' Execution-Style Deaths

NEWARK, N.J. — A Peruvian national in the U.S. illegally and who was previously charged with raping a 5-year-old girl pleaded not guilty Friday in the execution-style slayings of three young college students, a day after he surrendered to the Newark mayor.

Jose Carranza, 28, aka Jose La Chira, entered his plea before Essex County Superior Court Judge Michael Casale. A second suspect, a 15-year-old boy, has been held pending a detention hearing, and authorities said more arrests were "imminent."

Carranza, of Peru, was being held on $1 million bail. He turned himself in to Newark Mayor Cory Booker after his fingerprints were lifted from a bottle in connection with the shootings of four college students on Saturday. Three were killed but a fourth survived and was hospitalized after the shootings in a Newark schoolyard.

FOX News has learned Carranza, who has a fake Social Security number, had been arrested on charges of raping a 5-year-old girl and then threatening the child and her parents. In that case he faced a 31-count indictment.

In another, he was arrested on assault charges stemming from a bar fight.

Immigration officials apparently were aware of Carranza's illegal status since his prior arrests, according to Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura.

Relatives of the victims embraced each other as they entered to watch the hearing.

Carranza's attorney, Felix Montalvo, called Booker on Thursday to arrange his surrender.

“He said, ‘Mr. Mayor, we’d like him to be turned in directly to you,’â€

Corporate greed...they will do anything to keep their 'precious slaves' here...

And till this day, I also wonder why the victim's families didn't hold Booker and the state of NJ responsible for these murders as the Bologna family did this year.

This is the case that made the NJ AG reverse blanket sanctuary.

Police must ask people suspected of serious crimes to document their immigration status. If they can't, police at any level, from municipal to county to state, must notify federal immigration authorities.

Where is the humanity and compassion? If we are to treat 15-20 million illegals with such, as Mr. McCain suggests, shouldn't we be able to expect it from every single one of them ten-fold?

How can we extend compassion to an entire group when a percentage of such has no intention of returning it? What ever happened to "A few bad apples..."
