Fort Wayne girl is dead because of nation’s immigration failures

If not for illegal immigration, Alejandra Gutierrez might be a happy young girl today, not the tragic victim of rape, murder and America’s self-destructive tolerance of political correctness.

We’re not supposed to notice that Rios would not have been in a position to brutalize and strangle his 10-year-old neighbor had he not been allowed to enter this country illegally seven years ago and remain here despite arrests for drunken driving in 2001 and for hitting his wife in 2003.

Nor are we supposed to notice that Rios later allegedly killed Ana Casas and their three young daughters – and that it could now cost Allen County taxpayers more than $400,000 to try a man who should not be here in the first place.

At what cost of human life does this madness end? All of the families that have been victimized, traumatized and had loved ones murdered by an illegal alien should file a massive class action lawsuit naming Boosh and everyone else who supports amnesty and "a path to citizenship".

So then, did the child's parents not KNOW this man was in our country illegally...or did they know and refused to do anything about it until it was too late? If they knew, then they should be arrested and tried as accomplices. Period. Seven years this man was in our country, and probably their neighbor for more than a day or two...

Another on e of George Bushs', Senator Lindsey Grahams', Senator Ted Kennedys, Senator John McCain's, Senator Hillary Clinton's, Senator harry Reid's and all of the other sellout senators who voted in favor of S 1348 friends. They want to push Amnesty for people like this. The blood of innocent Children and Americans are on their hands.
