Inmate Fears Latinos

A federal judge in Johnstown has rejected a request by a white inmate who wanted the judge to enforce a more mixed racial population at a private prison. Inmate Rudolph P. Keszthelyi wanted the judge to stop the Moshannon Valley Correction Center from accepting Latino inmates.

The private jail, near Phillipsburg, is run by Cornell Company of Houston, Texas, which contracts with the federal prison system. The company's Web site says the prison houses mostly criminal aliens.

The inmate says the high concentration of aliens makes for a volatile situation for white inmates, which is causing him severe emotional distress.

But a judge says the inmate couldn't prove that was causing him irreparable harm and rejected his request for an injunction. The judge says courts aren't supposed to make day-to-day administrative decisions for prisons.

If being in prison weren't bad enough, imagine being surrounded by MS-13 gang members, the Mexican mafia etc. I don't envy this guy.

You can be sure if the inmate complaining was a Latino saying other races were making him concerned for his welfare there would be everyone from Janet Murguia to Al Sharpton there crying about it.

In the state of Utah our prison system and jails are full of illegals. I wonder if that rings in bells for those politicans in Washington? I guess if that statement does not line their pockets they really could care less.

What we need to do is put some of those that have been aiding and abetting in these prisons.

Aiding and abetting is a felony and when you are engaged in it while holding a office meant to serve the public you are doing that public a disservice.

What ever happened to our justice system anyway? Are they not only blind but deaf and dumb also?

Latinos aren't particularly nice to caucasians in jail. My friend offended some latinos in jail and they broke his foot for it (they said he had to pay his "tax").
Of course it wasn't a one-on-one situation, but a five-on-one situation. This happened in LACJ.

I heard a story where the Latinos had to be removed from an entire prison because-they couldn't "get along" with the other races there.
Makes you wonder though- not locked down,MOVED to another facility.
