    Smells like amnesty to me. A couple of questions come to mind right off the top of my head:

    1.)At a time of very high unemployment like we're in right now, how could anyone consider having "guest" workers take jobs from US citizens?

    2.)Do the children that these "guest" workers have while they are here automatically become US citizens?

    Either one of these is a non-starter for me. I'm sure I could come up with a few more objections if I spent more time thinking about it and I'm sure others could come up with even more.

    thats all it is... a new form of AMNESTY that will displace US workers
