Thread: Lone Protester Trial on Wednesday-- SC Minuteman

Everybody within SC should be going to Columbia on Wednesday to support Terry Funderburk in his trial. Send this to people you know in South Carolina.

If you dont know his story it is simple. He stood up for himself and against a contractor who stole his work and hired illegals. The police arrested him without giving him his rights, ICE never checked the illegals on the roof, and he spent the night in jail. He asked for a jury trial and they tried twice to make him plead guilty. He wouldnt and he is finally getting his trial....we hope!

Also write to www.targetoc.org/sc to tell the SC legislators that this trial is a bogus trumped-up charge and should be made to be an example of American law gone wrong. They charged him an additional charge for not pleasing guilty. The refused him the right to a jury trial twice. What next?

I thought the time had been changed from 8 a.m.but I need to verify that. PLease plan on going and sitting through the jury trial. WE need to make sure the court sees that we are mad and we dont appreciate Terry and ME and others losing work to illegal aliens that dont belong here. You can Google the address to find it. It is in the general area of the COliseum but dont park in any parking that says tow-zone because they will tow you. Get there early. Anyone that is going please send me an email so i can respond if the time should change...they do that on purpose to thwart supporters from showing up I am sure.

I looked up the word BASTARD in the dictionary....although he said CHEAP BASTARD...I dont think cheap is a cussword:

The term Bastard can be spoken in public! Remember, John Jakes novel entitled "The Bastard"? back in 1978 it was also a made for TV movie with the same title, aired in prime time no less. If the word was a bad word, how could the networks have gotten away with it?
