Tom Tancredo should make his way back to whatever rock he crawled out from under.

How dare he advocate that lawmakers be jailed if they pass legislation that he believes is illegal! It's no wonder that he's polling around last place among the Republican candidates.

There are still people in this country who think that the Constitution is more than just a blueprint for the operation of the United States. It's a statement about human rights that should apply to all people, not just whoever happens to be here when the laws are written.

It used to be that we criticized communist countries for invading other countries for no legitimate reason, for holding people in prison without charges, for secret detentions, kidnapping and torture, for restricting travel across their borders, and for spying on their citizens.

Now, because of the policies of the Bush administration that were approved by a Republican Congress, many countries of the world are criticizing us for the very same actions.

Representative Tancredo is lucky that the worst that can happen to him for voting for unconstitutional legislation is that he will be voted out of office.

State legislators have a responsibility to vote their conscience on the issues, and state laws can shape federal laws.

Representative Tancredo wants to enshrine his own personal racist views into law, and I hope that I and my colleagues in the state Legislature can prevent that.

Never look at another flag. Remember, that behind Government, there is your country, and that you belong to her as you do belong to your own mother. Stand by her as you would stand by your own mother

What a stupid idiot! You have a higher responsibilty to represent your constituents first you jackass! You are not elected to represent YOUR interests.
