Illegals accessed airbase under FEMA contract

A Houston man has been sentenced for harboring illegal aliens, some of whom had access to an Alexandria airbase and Louisiana National Guard facility under a Federal Emergency Management Agency construction contract.
Arturo Ibarra-Gamez, 38, of Houston, was indicted in June 2006 following an investigation by the U.S. Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Lafayette.

They found that Ibarra-Gamez was an undocumented alien who owned Art’s Construction based in Houston, employing 30 to 40 workers. Immigration and Customs in May 2006 learned that through a contract with an Alexandria construction firm working under a FEMA contract, Ibarra-Gamez sent illegal aliens to a work site where they had access to an airbase and Louisiana National Guard facility.

Ibarra-Gamez was sentenced July 20 by U.S. District Judge Dee Drell to 22 months in prison plus three years of supervised release for harboring illegal aliens, employing unauthorized aliens and improper entry of an alien, U.S. Attorney Donald Washington of Lafayette said.

Drell ordered Ibarra-Gamez not to return to the United States following his release without approval from the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security. He also was ordered to pay a $25,000 fine.

...here's a stupid question. Since this dirtball is an illegal alien, how the hell could he seek approval from the secretary of homeland security and why the hell would the idiot secretary of homeland security even entertain this possibility???

They have worked on North Ft Hood Army base...to work construction...They enter far easier then American Citizens with proper id....

They were not using their own program to check their employee's Wouldn't want to go to any extra work you know!!

A contractor tried to get some illegals into a major power sub-station for some work on 500KV towers, the guard called my husband over to get his ok to let them in, none of them spoke english so my husband asked to see their papers, ha, they didn't have any so my husband told the contractor to get them out of here and don't come back unless your workers are legal U.S. citizens or he would see him in jail!!!

Got that about 2 years ago...it is still trying to sink in...about all these traitors and haters of our Beautiful Country

It is easier to know it on a mental level than to accept it on an emotional level.

To actually have to admit and know that our very government is actively working to destroy this country. They are doing it in a very blatant way. Not just by some silly rules and regulations, but by a systematically disassembling everything that keeps us a sovereign nation.
