Is Barney Frank mentally competent?
I'm serious. He made sure the banks were hounded & pounded & threatened with legal action if they didnt take home loans from minorities ....& ILLEGAL aliens....people on welfare food stamps & HUD ,,then made sure Freddie & Fannie bought all the garbage loans.
U listen to this guy & it really makes u wonder if he's got serious Alzheimer's or some other debilitating disease.
They have him on video in congress talking all that trash that banks had to stop discriminating against minority home loans,,, then him standing there mumbling & spitting all over himself weaseling out of it & denying it all.
And Now, corporations are bad savages for closing an ILLEGAL alien factory.

Just like that wacky rubber band faced San Fran speaker of the house dame who flat out stood & lied on camera about the CIA - then said she didnt.

You are so right and count Dodd in on that one, they are both the most incompetent in DC, well maybe Pelosi fits right in there....so hard to believe the people in their home towns are not the least embarrassed.

After the first time I heard the speak, I was left wondering if the man was the victim of a stroke (seriously).

Of course his blubber filled jaws could be the reason he has difficulty speaking coherently (oops, did I say that?).
