Admitted illegal immigrant Alfredo Ramos was found guilty of violating his probation in a Chesapeake courtroom Monday morning.

Ramos was placed on probation after a DUI conviction in that city last November.

In spite of having his license suspended as a result of the conviction, Ramos was behind the wheel in March when he was involved in an accident in Virginia Beach that killed two teenage girls - Allison Kundhart and Tessa Tranchant.

Driving the vehicle, regardless of the accident, was a violation of his probation.

Monday morning, the judge in Chesapeake, found that Ramos had violated the terms of his probation, and sentenced Ramos to 90 days in jail for the DUI conviction. Ramos attorney asked that he be allowed to serve this time concurrently with his sentence for his conviction in the fatal accident in Virginia Beach, but the judge turned him down.

In addition, Ramos will have to pay the remaining $100 of a $350 fine, which was the amount suspended in the original sentence.
