I can't believe the illegal aliens who sued against the ordinance were John Does or (Juan Dos) whose identities where protected in court in fear of deportation yet their case won over American Citizens!! The Judge is mental case.

We should help Hazleton's Mayor fight these leeches.

The right to face your accuser in any formal proceeding is written into the Constitution. However, informal complaints, where the issue is solving a problem rather than punitive action, can be handled anonymously. It's unfortunate, however, that's the way it is.

Geez, I just can't believe how these judges (justices) can continually think the illegals should be given such protection. And the AMERICAN Civil Liberties Union affords them this protection? It is all totally unbelievable! The voting citizens don't want the illegals being given such rights, they are paying the taxes for the roads maintenance, the stop signs, the traffic signs, the advantages provided to the businesses with tax cuts, etc...and still the US TAXPAYERS come up short! This such behavior of the 'judge' is a TRAVESTY of justice, not the taxpayers that want their government to protect them.

It is sickening how these illegals are being allowed to come into the USA, be given rights and allowed EXCUSES that the taxpayers surely are not afforded.

I will continue to spread the word of the dangers that America is facing with the current government & plan to make damn sure that the ACLU hears how they are harming this country - not helping it & most of all I plan to continue to spread the word that if you are not with ALIPAC, you are not a true American!
