Yin-Ching Lee's American friends call her Katy. The petite, soft-spoken, 37-year-old native of Taiwan came to the Sooner State in the fall of 1998 to study finance at Oklahoma City University.
Friday, she and 150 others, representing 38 countries, became American citizens at the federal courthouse in downtown Oklahoma City.
