RENO, NV - A Reno man is behind bars, accused of attacking a woman last month.

Reno police say it happened when a woman and a girl went to a home on North Virginia street. Inside, the woman was grabbed and forced into a bedroom, where police say three males tried to sexually assault her. She managed to get away before anything more happened.

Now, Juan Hernandez is charged with kidnapping and battery with intent to commit sexual assault. He's also being held with no bail for allegedly being an illegal alien.
