Border Patrol intercepts $1.5 million in drugs

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KSWT News 13) - El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents have seized more than $1.5 million worth of drugs since Saturday.

One was a 13 pound meth bust worth a street value of $430,000.

Another bust was 18 pounds of cocaine worth $750,000.

And a third seizure of 19 pounds of meth had an estimated street value of $636,000.

All smugglers and drugs were turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
