    Investigators from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office Warrant’s Division served a felony warrant on Maer Ruiz-Lopez, DOB 4/6/78, today, July 25, 2008. Ruiz-Lopez was wanted for using a stolen social security card and has been charged with Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information.

    Ruiz-Lopez was arrested at 4200 W. 19th Street and interviewed by a Bay County Sheriff’s Office 287 (g) investigator after his arrest. The Investigator has determined Ruiz-Lopez is an illegal alien and has placed an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer on him.
