Latino students will be the most affected by the current budget cuts taking place in San Diego Unified schools, according to experts at a Latino education forum Saturday.

Nearly half of the district’s 131,000 students are Latino and more than 40 percent attend schools considered by the state to be underperforming, according to presenters at the Latino Education Forum.
