    Are you jealous, AirborneSapper7?
With well over three billion more people in this world wanting to live a modern life as soon as possible I think there should be a push for clean energy. A visit to cities like Shanghai , Beijing or Mumbai would reveal ecological disasters in their incipient stages. How would you propose to alter this course?

With nuclear power as, presently, one cost-effective option we could very well see a number of scenarios like the Iranian nuclear crisis or the North Korean one. Would you prefer that Somalia go to nuclear power as Irans's leader foresees--or to some alternative energy such as wind or solar?

Hydrogen is the answer, it's clean and if it's a hydrogen fuel cell th eonly waste is water. You just have to rework the oil distribution network to distrubute hydrogen instead of petroleum. It's doable, just takes time and a LOT of money.

Hydrogen has staying power because it's virtually limitless.

I think there are probably a lot of solutions out there. One size may not fit all - but a little here and a little there.

Somehow, though, I have a sneaking suspicion that this corporation Mr. Gore is getting involved with is not really interested in doing anything but making money.

Wonder how much taxpayer dollars they will manage to get?
