Eight Sentenced for Black-Tar Heroin Trafficking
OCT 01 -- CHARLOTTE, NC – Eight defendants who pleaded guilty to a federal indictment brought as part of Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Operation “Dirty Girl 3," which is being investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Charlotte, have been sentenced in U.S. District Court. Each defendant entered a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin. The sentences were handed down by Chief District Judge Robert J. Conrad, Jr.
According to official court documents and information brought out in court proceedings, the group received heroin from Mexico and then used a local “dispatchâ€NO AMNESTY
