Can anyone get any info on this.
I am on several talk radio shows this morning and I need to be accurate with the latest info.
I cannot run with this info as presented here. I must continue to tell people that the vote is later today.
If anyone can find any documentation that his post is accurate, please provide it.
If this post is NOT ACCURATE then I need to know that too.

The Senate Floor Schedule
Wednesday, Sep 19, 2007
9:30 a.m.: Resume consideration of H.R. 1585, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008.
Previous Meeting
Tuesday, Sep 18, 2007
The Senate convened at 10:00 a.m. and adjourned at 6:47 p.m. Three record votes were taken.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
I believe there is some confusions because of bill H.R. 1124, which is about college access in the District of Columbia. This is not the Dream Act.
The three votes from yesterday:
Vote Date Issue Question Result Description
00339 18-Sep S. 1257 On Cloture on the Motion to Proceed Rejected Motion to Invoke Cloture on the Motion to Proceed to S. 1257; District of Columbia House Voting Rights Act of 2007
00338 18-Sep H.R. 1124 On Passage of the Bill Passed H.R. 1124 as Amended; A bill to extend the District of Columbia College Access Act of 1999.
00337 18-Sep H.R. 1124 On the Amendment S.Amdt. 2888 Rejected Coburn Amdt. No. 2888; To prohibit the Federal Government from favoring public colleges and universities over private colleges and universities under the District of Columbia College Access Act of 1999.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
All I saw on MSNBC was that the DC vote didn't get enough votes to pass.
