CBP Officers Nab Man on Texas Top 10 Fugitive List
(Tuesday, February 16, 2010)
El Paso, Texas - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers working at the El Paso port of entry Monday took custody of a man featured on the Texas Department of Public Safety website as one of the state’s Top 10 fugitives. A profile of 24-year-old Mauricio Geovany Rosales can be found at the Texas Department of Public Safety Web site. ( Texas Department of Public Safety )
The apprehension was made just after midnight on Monday at the Ysleta international crossing. Rosales arrived as a pedestrian and declared to be a U.S. citizen and presented a Texas birth certificate as a form of identification. CBP officers performed a query of Rosales and received an “armed and dangerousâ€NO AMNESTY
Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.
