Local border patrol agents seized over 8 hundred pounds of marijuana on Friday at the I-35 checkpoint.

Agents say a white pickup truck marked with the emblems of a railroad company...

Tried to avoid the checkpoint by driving north on an access road.
Agents attempted to stop the vehicle.

The driver then made a sharp turn, in an effort to escape, and was stuck on some railroad tracks nearby.

The driver then jumped out of the vehicle and ran into some brushes there.
Agents were not able to find the suspect, but they did discover 37 cellophane-wrapped bundles of marijuana in the cab and bed of the truck.

The railroad company emblems were also fake.

The drugs have an estimated street value of over 644 thousand dollars.
