    Waving American flags and beaming with joy, 97 immigrants became naturalized citizens Friday at the Yuma City Hall.

    After a heartfelt national anthem sung by 14-year-old Selena Barrera, U.S. Magistrate Judge James F. Metcalf and John Kramar, district director for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, ushered the immigrants into citizenship.

    “It is my honor to recommend these candidates for naturalization,â€
