Data show ICE releases alleged illegal immigrants, violent convicts

U.S. immigration officials have released from federal custody hundreds of suspected illegal immigrants accused or convicted of crimes, including homicide and sexual assault, because of a lack of space and funds, according to internal records.

The data, obtained by the Houston Chronicle through a Freedom of Information Act request, show that Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials documented releasing suspects classified as “criminal aliensâ€

So our federal government not only doesn't enforce their own immigration laws, they also do not provide the money to handle illegal criminals, some violent.

Nice to know things are protected, like Pelosi's mouse, but the safety of American citizens isn't.

Reminds me of the book 'The Deporter' where he mentions the countries who refuse to take their citizens back so they just get released here.

With the billions of $$$$ they have received all illegals criminal and other wise should have been deported, if their country refuses to take them back, they should make sure that country gets no aid from America....

DEPORT ALL ILLEGALS!!! CLOSE THE BORDERS AND ENFORCE THE LAWS YOU HAVE HAD 23 YEARS TO DO!! NO MORE EXCUSES!!

this is insane.
