Four Illegal Aliens Arrested

Four Illegals Arrested on Job Site

Investigators from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office visited the site of Tropic Winds Condominiums located at 17644 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, this morning, August 8, 2007. Complaints had been received regarding suspected illegal aliens working at this job site. A check with the construction site superintendent found that several illegal aliens had produced fraudulent social security cards to gain employment. The following individuals were arrested as a result of this check:

Francisco Dimas, DOB 10/04/76, of 5000 W. 18th, Panama City, on a charge of Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information.

Jose Gonzales, DOB 9/2/73, of 5000 W 18th, Panama City, on a charge of Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information.

Carlos Castenada, DOB 11/4/68, of 5000 W. 18th, Panama City, on a charge of Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information.

Elmer Vazquez, DOB 7/30/81, of Panama City Beach on a charge of Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information. Further investigation revealed Vasquez had an outstanding warrant under the name Victor Ramirez. Arrested previously for No Valid Driver’s License, Reckless Driving, Vazquez had a warrant on him for failing to report to begin probation and failure to pay numerous fines.

Also arrested while deputies were on the construction site was Ancelmo Lopez, DOB 11/5/78, of 1532 June Avenue, Panama City. Lopez was stopped on a traffic stop and was arrested for having no valid driver’s license.
