More than 4,500 pounds of marijuana were found inside a tractor trailer loaded with vegetables at the Nogales, Ariz., port of entry Nov. 30.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Mariposa cargo facility confiscated 184 bales of marijuana with an estimated street value of nearly $11 million, according to an Associated Press story.

The marijuana reportedly was mixed in with a shipment of bell peppers and cucumbers that originated from Sinaloa, Mexico, and was being shipped to Nogales.

The 21-year-old driver, a Mexican citizen, was arrested and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for further investigation, the AP story said.
