Comprehensive reform is the only way fix America's broken immigration system, but it's crucial that both political parties have a say in how to get there.
But with Democrats in control of Congress, and their sponsors in organized labor emboldened and eager to control the process, there is a very real danger that any compromise that emerges will be unworkable from the start. Some Democrats feel as if they don't need Republican votes, and organized labor doesn't feel as if it has to give up any concessions to business groups.
Both are wrong. Democrats may control the majority of seats in the House and Senate, but a good number of those seats are held by conservative “blue dogsâ€NO AMNESTY
Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.
