CA state capitol Sept 2nd went well

    http://abclocal.go.com/kabc/story?secti ... le-6366807

This is the link to channel 7's news coverage of the rally Sept 2nd against sanctuary cities. Many groups were represented not just Minutemen, there were Save our State members, Eagle Forum, Caps to name a few.
Jamiel Shaw was there, he told of the loss of his son, Frank Kennedy was there to represent the Bologna family. Angie Morfin spoke of the loss of her son, in 1990, to an IA, he was just 13 yrs old, she has never gotten over it, and never will.
We had a good showing to pass out packets to our politicians, I went just before noon with 2 other patriots and met with Special Advisor to the Governor, Brenda A Quintana, who mainly deals with California cities.
Maybe when we have another event, I will hopefully meet other members of Alipac.

    Good job caasduit.
"What I got from it is that all Hispanics that are not from here are going to commit a crime. They're going to shoot you, or they're selling drugs," said Angelina Palomino, who opposes the move to punish sanctuary cities.
What an outrageous dingbat. Another one who only looks at her version of the truth and doesn't see a bigger picture.

I should also mention we had Senator Tom McClintock there he gave a rousing speach against sanctuary, and Rick Oltman was wonderful.
But the most important thing was the families of the victims, they put the real face on this issue, we had people come up and ask us what they could do to stop this outrage, and that is what a rally or protest is all about isn't it?
